Overview

Stockium is a token launchpad. A project launches its token on HyperEVM (chain 999), where it trades on a bonding curve against native HYPE. When the curve has raised about $8,000 of HYPE it graduates: the raised HYPE and the reserved token inventory become a liquidity pool, and that liquidity is locked. The protocol's home for graduated tokens is StockiumSwap, a Uniswap V3-style exchange on Elysium (chain 99901), an Arbitrum Orbit chain that settles to HyperEVM and also uses HYPE for gas.

A creator chooses, once and forever at launch:

  • The pair the token graduates into: HYPE, USDC, kHYPE, KNTQ or $STOCKIUM; a tokenized stock (wNVDAx, wSPYx, wQQQx, wMUx, wSKHYx); or a leverage pair backed by a Hyperliquid long.
  • A token tax (0–3% per trade) and where it goes: to the creator, to holders, to buyback & burn, or a split of the three; or instead the INDEX tax, which buys tokenized stocks for holders.

There is no presale, no team allocation and no creation fee today. The creator can make an optional first buy on the curve like anyone else.

Launching and curve trading happen on HyperEVM. Swap and Pools on Elysium. The network chip in the header switches your wallet to the chain the current page needs, and on Elysium pages it can add the network to your wallet for you.

Elysium mainnet opens publicly on November 9, 2026.Until then Elysium has no public sequencer: transactions reach it through the HyperEVM delayed inbox, so confirmations and bridged funds can take from minutes to a few hours. The app shows pending Elysium transactions in the banner at the top of the page.

How to launch a token

Everything happens on the Launch page. You need a browser wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, …) on HyperEVM with enough HYPE for gas, plus whatever you want to spend on your own first buy.

  1. Connect your wallet with the Connect button and let the network chip switch it to HyperEVM.
  2. Basics. Name (up to 32 characters), ticker (1–10 capital letters or digits), a logo (PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 5 MB, cropped in the browser, or an image URL) and optional website, X and Telegram links. The logo is uploaded and its URL is stored on-chain with the links. The description field (up to 280 characters) only appears on the launch preview; it is not stored on-chain.
  3. Pool after graduation. Pick the pair your token will be paired with once it graduates: crypto (HYPE, kHYPE, KNTQ, $STOCKIUM), stable (USDC) or a tokenized stock. The curve itself always trades in HYPE, whatever pair you choose. The pair can never be changed.
  4. Or a leverage pair (optional, instead of a normal pair): an underlying and 2x / 3x / 5x. You must tick the risk box first. See Leverage tokens.
  5. Token tax: pick one mode. No tax, the normal tax (1–3% split between creator, holders and buyback & burn), or INDEX (1–3% that buys 1–10 stocks for holders after graduation). Rate and split are fixed forever. See Fees.
  6. Initial buy (optional). An estimate of the tokens you would get is shown from the curve. It is a separate transaction sent right after the token is created. Leverage launches replace this with a mandatory full buy.
  7. Review and confirm. The confirm dialog summarises pair, tax and fees. Sign the creation transaction in your wallet; when HyperEVM confirms it the app takes you to your token's page, which is also the page to share with your community.
Anti-snipe window. For the first 5 blocks after creation, a single buy is capped at 2% of the sale supply, a block at 5% and one address at 10%. A larger initial buy from the creator is sent automatically once the window has closed.

After launch, as the creator

  • Your token page shows the curve progress, chart, trades, holders and the tax collected.
  • With a creator share in the tax, your HYPE accrues on the curve. You can claim it from the token page at any time, and the protocol's keeper also pushes it to you periodically. Only the creator can ever receive it.
  • The pair, tax rate and split cannot be changed by anyone after creation, including the creator and Stockium.

Bonding curve & pricing

Each token has its own curve contract (HypeCurve) that holds the full supply at creation. It is a constant-product curve with virtual reserves, sized so that raising the graduation target sells exactly the 793.1M sale supply. Buys pay HYPE and receive tokens; sells return tokens and receive HYPE, both at the curve price at that moment. Every quote is shown before you sign and protected by a minimum-out.

  • Graduation target: $8,000 of HYPE (GRADUATION_USD_WAD), converted to HYPE with an on-chain HYPE/USD price that the keeper updates when HYPE moves. The exact HYPE amount is shown on the Launch page and is fixed per curve at creation.
  • Price path: from the contract constants, the last token on the curve costs about 14.7× the first. With an $8,000 target that is a fully-diluted value of about $2.6k at launch and about $38.7k when the curve completes.
  • Pool price at graduation: the pool opens with 206.9M tokens against the raised HYPE minus the 5% graduation fee, which puts it close to the curve's final price (about $36.7k fully diluted for an $8,000 raise).
  • The buy that completes the curve is filled up to the remaining supply and any extra HYPE is refunded in the same transaction.

Figures above are approximations from the curve formula, before fees and HYPE price changes.

Graduation & migration

The buy that reaches the target closes the curve. Nothing else can block or revert it: the graduation is queued and completed afterwards.

  1. Fee and queue. 5% of the HYPE raised goes to the protocol. The rest, plus any unspent buyback budget from the tax, and the 206.9M token inventory are queued on the launchpad.
  2. Pair asset. HYPE pairs are wrapped to WHYPE. USDC, kHYPE and KNTQ pairs are bought through the KyberSwap aggregator with a minimum output. $STOCKIUM pairs bridge WHYPE and buy $STOCKIUM on Elysium's WHYPE/$STOCKIUM pool. The keeper completes this within minutes; for HYPE pairs anyone can complete it after 1 day if the keeper is down.
  3. Bridge. Token inventory and pair asset go through the official Arbitrum gateway to the Stockium graduation receiver on Elysium.
  4. Pool and lock. The receiver opens a full-range StockiumSwap pool at the target price and sends the LP NFT to the locker, permanently. Finalizing is permissionless once both bridged balances have arrived.

While this runs the token page shows Graduated — migrating to Elysium. Holders keep a normal HyperEVM ERC-20: nothing is snapshotted or airdropped. Each holder bridges their own balance 1:1 with the standard gateway (see Bridging) and trades it on Elysium.

Before November 9.Stock pairs and leverage pairs currently graduate into a pool on HyperEVM with liquidity time-locked until November 9, 2026, 01:00 CET, after which the liquidity moves to Elysium. Details in Stock pairs and Leverage tokens.

Fees & creator tax

Current values, read from the live launchpads. The caps are hard limits in the contracts.

FeeNowContract capWhen / where it goes
Protocol trade fee1%5%Every curve buy and sell, in HYPE, to the protocol fee recipient
Token tax (creator's choice)0, 1, 2 or 3%3%Every curve buy and sell, in HYPE, and in the pool after graduation; split as the creator chose
Graduation fee5%15%Once, of the HYPE raised by the curve, to the protocol fee recipient
Creation fee0100 HYPEOn creation
Pool fee (Elysium)1% + tax4%Every swap in the graduated pool: 1% protocol plus the token's tax (or INDEX) rate

So a curve trade costs 1% to 4% in total: 1% protocol plus the tax. Example: a 1% tax means 2% per trade, 1% to the protocol and 1% split as the creator chose.

Where the tax goes

The creator splits the tax in whole percents between three destinations that always add up to 100%:

  • Creator rewards: HYPE for the creator, claimable any time from the token page and pushed periodically by the keeper.
  • Holder rewards: HYPE paid pro rata to holders by the keeper straight from the curve once a minimum has accrued. Contracts, the curve, the bridge gateway and the burn address are excluded; a holder whose address rejects HYPE is skipped and keeps the share for the next round.
  • Buyback & burn: the keeper buys the token on its own curve (no trade fee) and sends it to 0x…dEaD. A buyback can never trigger graduation; any budget left at graduation is added to the pool's HYPE side.

After graduation the same split keeps applying to the tax share of the pool fees, collected by the Elysium tax locker from the locked LP position.

INDEX tax

INDEX is an alternative to the normal tax, never both. The creator picks a rate of 1–3% and 1 to 10 tokenized stocks. It applies only after graduation, in the Elysium pool, not on the curve.

  • The INDEX share of pool fees is kept apart by the tax locker. The keeper buys the chosen stocks with it, in equal parts.
  • The stocks are sent to holders' wallets on Elysium pro rata to their balances.
  • INDEX needs a HYPE or $STOCKIUM pair (the stocks are bought with HYPE). It is not available with stock or leverage pairs.
  • Stocks that can be picked: wNVDAx, wSPYx, wQQQx, wMUx, wSKHYx.

Liquidity & locks

  • Elysium pools (normal pairs): the full-range LP NFT is held by the Stockium liquidity locker, which has no withdraw function. The liquidity can never be removed by the creator, Stockium or anyone else. Only accrued trading fees are collected and split as described above.
  • HyperEVM pools (stock and leverage pairs): the pool has no LP token; its liquidity belongs to an LpMigrationLock contract. Nothing can move before the unlock date (November 9, 2026, 01:00 CET). After it, the only exit is bridging the liquidity to a fixed recipient on Elysium to re-seed the pool there. The lock has no owner and no escape hatch. Liquidity is not burned: it is migrated.
  • Creators receive no LP and no token allocation. Their income is the creator share of the tax, if they chose one.

Trading

Before graduation (bonding curve)

Open a token from Markets and use the trade panel: buy with HYPE or sell for HYPE on HyperEVM, with slippage protection. The board shows the curve progress, so traders can see how close a token is to graduating.

After graduation (StockiumSwap on Elysium)

  • Swap trades any graduated token against its pair on Elysium. Pools lists the pools.
  • From a graduated token's page you can also buy from HyperEVM: you pay HYPE on HyperEVM and a cross-chain message buys the token in its Elysium pool for you (if the swap cannot be done, the HYPE is refunded to you on Elysium).
  • Tokens bought on the curve stay on HyperEVM until you bridge them. The Bridge page and the token page let you move them to Elysium 1:1.

Your positions across both chains are listed on Portfolio. Tradium (tradium.fun), the companion trading terminal, is offline for an upgrade and returns with Elysium mainnet on November 9.

Leverage tokens

Instead of a normal pair, a token can be backed by a leveraged long on Hyperliquid. At graduation all the HYPE raised goes into a dedicated vault (PerpVaultV2) that opens a long position on the chosen underlying at 2x, 3x or 5x on Hyperliquid. The vault's shares are the token's pair, valued in HYPE (NAV). Stockium adds no money and never takes the other side.

How it works

  • Full buy at creation. A leverage launch buys the whole curve in the creation transaction (about the graduation target plus fees and a 2% buffer; the unused HYPE is refunded in the same transaction). There is no snipe window and the token graduates immediately.
  • Pool on HyperEVM. The keeper opens the position and seeds a TOKEN / vault-shares pool on HyperEVM (2% fee: 1% protocol, 1% stays in the pool). Its liquidity is time-locked until November 9, 2026, 01:00 CET, then migrates to Elysium.
  • Buying and selling. Trades go through LeverRouterV2 with HYPE and are settled by the keeper in about a minute. Sells pay HYPE to the same address on Elysium. If the price moves past your slippage, a buy settles as vault shares, which you can swap to the token or sell for HYPE at NAV.
  • Closing. A vault close is timelocked 48 hours. Anyone can close a vault whose effective leverage drifts to 7.5x or more, or after a liquidation; holders then redeem the vault's HYPE pro rata.
  • Leverage tokens cannot use INDEX. They can use the normal tax.

Hyperliquid "k" perps trade per 1,000 units (1 kPEPE = 1,000 PEPE). The position pays Hyperliquid funding every hour, which slowly lowers its value.

Risk.Hyperliquid controls margin and liquidation, not Stockium. If the underlying falls far enough the position is liquidated, the pair freezes and is worth what is left, usually nothing. You can lose all the money you put in. The app requires you to accept this before choosing a leverage pair. The current leverage launchpad stops taking launches 30 minutes before its November 9 lock date.

Stock pairs

A token can be paired with a tokenized stock: wNVDAx, wSPYx, wQQQx, wMUx, wSKHYx. The curve trades in HYPE like any other launch. At graduation the keeper swaps the raised HYPE into the stock through KyberSwap, within a per-stock slippage cap, and opens a TOKEN/stock pool.

StockMax graduation slippage

wSPYx3%
wQQQx3%
wMUx8%

  • Today the stock pool opens on HyperEVM (2% fee: 1% protocol, 1% stays in the pool) and is traded from the token page through StockPairRouter: HYPE ⇄ stock via KyberSwap ⇄ token in the pool.
  • Its liquidity is locked until November 9, 2026, 01:00 CET, then moves to Elysium with the token and is re-seeded there at the same price.
  • If no stock swap is possible, the pool is opened against WHYPE instead (anyone can trigger this 1 day after the curve fills), so a graduation can never get stuck.
  • INDEX is not available on stock pairs for now. Stock-pair launches on this launchpad close at the lock date.

Tokenized stocks are xStock wrappers; their issuer can pause or restrict them.

$STOCKIUM, buyback & burn

$STOCKIUM is the platform's official token, always pinned first on Markets. It launched on the HyperEVM curve and trades on Elysium in a WHYPE/$STOCKIUM pool. New launches can also use $STOCKIUM as their pair, which routes graduation liquidity into $STOCKIUM.

Stockium buys $STOCKIUM back and burns it by sending it to the dead address. Every buyback and burn, on both chains, is read from the chain and listed with its transaction on the Burns page, together with total burned and circulating supply.

Staking (coming soon)

$STOCKIUM staking is being prepared and is not live yet. Its terms and contract address will be published here and on @Stockium when it launches. Until then, any site or contract claiming to be Stockium staking is not official.

Bridging HyperEVM → Elysium

  • HYPE (gas): the Bridge page deposits HYPE through Elysium's official inbox on HyperEVM. It arrives as native HYPE on Elysium.
  • Tokens: ERC-20s use the official Arbitrum gateway router, 1:1, to the same address on Elysium. You approve the gateway, then send with a small bridge ticket paid in HYPE on HyperEVM; the unused part of the ticket comes back as HYPE on Elysium. The first deposit of a token creates its Elysium address (the one its pool uses).
  • A launch token can only be bridged after its curve has graduated.
  • Arrival usually takes a few minutes, longer while Elysium has no public sequencer (until November 9).

FAQ

How much does it cost to launch?

The creation fee is 0 today, so only HyperEVM gas. An initial buy is optional. A leverage launch requires the full buy of the curve.

Can I change the pair, the tax or the split later?

No. They are written into the token's contracts at creation and nobody can change them, Stockium included.

Do I get tokens or LP as the creator?

No allocation and no LP. You can buy on the curve like everyone else, and you earn the creator share of the tax if you chose one.

Can the liquidity be pulled?

No. Elysium LP NFTs sit in a locker without a withdraw function. HyperEVM stock and leverage pools are locked until November 9 and can then only migrate to Elysium.

What happens to my tokens when a curve graduates?

Nothing is taken or snapshotted. Your tokens stay in your wallet on HyperEVM; bridge them 1:1 to Elysium to trade them in the pool.

What if the curve never reaches $8,000?

It keeps trading on HyperEVM. Holders can sell back to the curve at any time while it is open.

Why is my Elysium transaction still pending?

Until the November 9 mainnet opening, Elysium transactions go through the HyperEVM delayed inbox and can take a while. If your wallet shows old transactions as pending, its Elysium RPC may be behind: use https://rpc-live.elysp.com (https://rpc.stockiumfun.com as backup).

Is there a token for Stockium itself?

Yes, $STOCKIUM. See the $STOCKIUM section for its addresses.

Risks & disclaimer

  • Stockium is software. Tokenized equities and launchpad tokens can lose all value. Nothing here is an offer, a prospectus or investment advice.
  • Smart-contract risk: bugs in Stockium's contracts or in Hyperliquid, HyperEVM, Elysium, the bridge or KyberSwap can cause losses. The leverage contracts run as an unaudited pilot.
  • Leverage pairs can be liquidated by Hyperliquid and go to zero, and pay funding while open.
  • xStock wrappers can be paused or restricted by their issuer.
  • Elysium is a young chain; until its public launch, transactions and bridging can be slow.
  • Anyone can launch a token. A listing on Stockium is not an endorsement. Do your own research.
